Miscellaneous Events:
Birthday Half DayParents Association wants to help you celebrate your birthday. You usually may choose between a delicious cake or a half day. If you choose a half day please contact your room parent in advance and he or she will find a volunteer to cover your class while you enjoy half the day to celebrate your birthday.
Chapel Talk
Every teacher is expected to lead a chapel talk once during the school year. If you are interested, the chaplain will help you by providing the emphasized Bible verse. You have creative rights; many teachers involve students, books, popular events, and/or technology to highlight their lessons. If this is an area where you excel, the chaplain may need you to volunteer for additional chapel talks.
